Alena Miles is the manager of TapIn, AMP technical services team.   Alena has been with AMP since March 2010. 

Alena is passionate about making complex superannuation, social security, aged care, tax and estate planning strategies simple for financial advisers and their clients. Alena’s specialist areas are estate planning and insurance.

Prior to her role at AMP, Alena worked as Technical Analyst at Zurich Financial Services and. Alena has also worked in a boutique accounting firm, specialising in trusts and self-managed superannuation funds. Alena has a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Accounting and Financial Planning from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma with FINSIA.
