James Trethewie, former Bachelorette contestant, is a celebrity guest contributor to Money & Life. In his TV appearance, he was dubbed as “Tarzan with a calculator” by Bachelorette Sophie Monk. Much to the disappointment of TV viewers, James did not make it through to the final three.

Yale and USC educated, James has been practicing as a professional financial planner for many years and is a Financial Planner AFP® member of the FPA. He was inspired to join the profession by his dad who is also a financial adviser.
