Syndication information

The content on this site is owned by the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA). You may link to our content and refer to it (and we like it when you do), however there are rules to apply. Please read the syndication guide below to confirm whether the type of usage you require is allowed. Colloquial handle our syndication requests and they can be contacted at: [email protected].

Commercial Use

As copyright owners, the FAAA is able to license non-exclusive copyright on the majority of Money & Life content to other parties. If you are a commercial organisation, or your website is for commercial purposes, a fee may apply should permission be granted.

Web reuse/Linking

If you wish to use our content on your website or blog, you may reproduce up to 200 words and then link back to the article on moneyandlife.com.au. No permission is required to do this.

Any website, blog or online entity reproducing more than 200 words of any article, graphic or video, without written permission from either Money & Life, its parent company or authorised syndication agents, is in breach of our copyright. We will take legal action if we find any website, blog or online entity has breached our copyright.

If permission to reproduce more than 200 words of any article has been expressly given in writing, the authorised syndication agent must implement a canonical tag (rel=”canonical”) to the article when publishing to their website. For example:

<link rel=”canonical” href=”http://www.moneyandlife.com.au/articles/6-ways-to-navigate-your-finances-in-your-40s/” />

The canonical tag must be placed within the HTML <head> of the page. See example below:

<head>

<link rel=”canonical” href=”http://www.moneyandlife.com.au/articles/6-ways-to-navigate-your-finances-in-your-40s/” />

</head>

The above implementation of the canonical tag will indicate to search engines that the article on the Money & Life website is the original source, thus ensuring that this is the article that gets indexed in Google’s search results.

Permission to reproduce Money & Life content online, outside the fair usage policy detailed above, will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
