Emma Johnson is a lawyer in Cowell Clarke’s Financial Services team, providing advice and guidance to clients including AFSL’s, financial planners and fintech’s on regulatory and compliance matters.

Emma delivers expertise in meeting the obligations of Australia’s primary regulators and assists clients with financial services investigations, the provision of compliance reviews, expert reports as well as ASIC enforcement matters. Emma brings broad commercial experience to her role including time in the entertainment industry.
