Janet Manzanero-Caruana is Senior Technical Services Manager at IOOF TechConnect. Janet has a 17-year history of working with financial planners in developing customised financial planning strategies, with a particular focus on retirement planning, SMSFs, aged care, tax and estate planning.

Janet enjoys working with her colleagues to help practices grow through client referrals driven by creating better client outcomes. In previous roles at Westpac Financial Services, BT Financial Group and now at IOOF, Janet supports planners with training workshops, professional development sessions and technical materials. Janet also speaks at client seminars to raise awareness of financial planning issues and the importance of seeking the right financial advice.

Janet’s qualifications include the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and Certificate IV in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Master of Taxation from the University of New South Wales.
