Jayson Forrest has over 25 years’ experience as a specialist financial services journalist and a financial services course facilitator.

Jayson spent nearly 20 years at Reed Business Information (RBI) – Australia’s largest business-to-business publisher – where he edited Counterpoint and the Financial Planning magazine as well as publishing Money Management, Super Review, Financial Planning magazine, The Blue Book, and SMSF Essentials. Prior to this Jayson launched and edited Your Mortgage Magazine and the Rate Check Book for Horan Wall and Walker as well as writing a finance column for News Limited.

In 2004, Jayson won the publishing industry’s prestigious Bell Award for Custom/Contract Publication of the Year for Financial Planning magazine. Jayson also acts as an educator and assessor, having launched a new division of RBI to offer courses for financial planners and subsequently completed the FPA CPD Assessor Training Program in 2014.
